I came to the realization that I desired more for myself, and fortunately, I discovered it – and so can you.
About Me:
My approach to mental health is unique compared to traditional methods, and it has proven to be effective. I specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, panic, body image/self-esteem, relationships, and OCD.
In the past, I struggled with panic disorder, generalized anxiety, OCD, and negative body image. I also faced challenges in relationships, experiencing anxiety and attracting incompatible partners. I lacked self-trust and confidence, often feeling held back and believing something was inherently wrong with me. I immersed myself in various programs, dedicating hours to meditation and manifestation practices in an attempt to “reprogram” my mind. I was plagued by insecurities and a profound dislike for myself, convinced that I needed to change fundamentally.
I spent WAY TOO MUCH money for people to “fix” me. Whether that was on an anxiety supplement or a program that promised me their meditations would “heal” me and attract my perfect partner.
At one point my panic attacks were so bad I was considering a very strong medication because I didn’t know how much longer I could go on like that.
GOD IT WAS EXHAUSTING.
I remember when I used to think- maybe my brain was just wired differently, and I was on the verge of losing my mind.”
Well, thankfully that wasn’t the case.
As someone naturally inclined to delve into the root causes of things, I continued my studies and unearthed the freedom I had always sought.
It was like a light bulb moment in my mind.
Oh my gosh, so there is nothing wrong with me?
And I don’t need to STRUGGLE SO HARD to fix myself?
THE AMOUNT OF TIME I RECLAIMED and THE FREEDOM I ATTAINED.
Now, this is achievable for anyone and everyone.
This is where I step in!
Take it from me — a woman who didn’t know how much longer she could hold on, having daily panic attacks, extremely insecure and struggling with ocd..
Flashforward to now — anxitey, panic, and ocd not a problem and I am a confident, vibrant woman who is in a VERY healthy relationship and LOVES HER BODY.
It wasn’t a magic supplement or a new breathing technqiue. It was deeply understanding anxiety and myself.
