
Hi, I’m Kristin.
After struggling with anxiety, OCD, and panic disorder for years, I knew there had to be another way. Traditional approaches weren’t creating real change for me, and I found myself searching for a deeper understanding of what was actually happening in my mind.
When that understanding finally clicked, everything began to shift.
Today, I work with people who feel stuck in their thoughts. Overthinking, anxious, and constantly trying to manage how they feel, and help them experience a greater sense of ease and freedom.
My goal isn’t to make clients dependent on me. It’s to help them build a completely new relationship with their minds so they can move forward with confidence, clarity, and peace.

• Certified Coach – Institute for Integrative Nutrition
• 10+ years studying meditation, mental health, and personal growth
• Ongoing training in Three Principles–based understanding (Pransky & Associates)
My work is influenced by mindfulness, humanistic psychology, and a Three Principles–based understanding of the mind.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside with my fiancé, Noah, and my dog Theo. Snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, or singing somewhere
