Program Name: The School of Thought
Price: $48-70/month (billed monthly and dependent on when you signed up, you will be informed on the payment page, and your payment will not change from when you signed up, as long as you don’t cancel)
1. What You’re Signing Up For
By joining this group coaching program, you will receive:
- Access to a private Circle group for community support and Q&A
- Two live group coaching calls per month via Circle Platform
- General support, education, and guidance around understanding mental wellness, how to see through thought, and understand your mind/emotions
This is a month-to-month subscription that will renew each month automatically unless canceled.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future payments.
- Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
- If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the group until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You are responsible for managing your subscription and informing us if you’d like to cancel.
3. Not Therapy or Medical Advice
This program is designed for educational and coaching purposes only.
It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.
By participating in the group, you acknowledge:
- That you are responsible for your own mental health decisions
- That no diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is being offered
- That participation is entirely voluntary
4. Confidentiality
- Please respect the privacy of others in the group by not sharing personal stories, screenshots, or identities outside of the Slack community or group calls.
- While group coaching offers a supportive environment, it is not confidential in the same way that 1:1 therapy is. Please share only what feels safe and appropriate.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- By submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- You must provide a valid payment method and keep it up to date to remain in the group.
6. Missed Payments / Failed Charges
If your payment method fails and is not updated within 7 days, your access to the group will be paused. If payment is not received after multiple attempts, your subscription will be canceled. Missed payments are not refunded, and access will resume only once a valid payment method is added.
7. Access & Participation
- You will receive access to the Circle Community upon your first payment.
- Participation is your responsibility — no refunds are issued for missed calls or unused access.
- You agree to treat all group members and the facilitator with respect and kindness.
8. Changes to the Program
- The coach reserves the right to adjust the format, schedule, or content of the program as needed.
- Any significant changes (e.g., price increase, call frequency) will be communicated in advance.
