Someone who noticed what was being offered didn’t work and wanted more.
That curiosity led me to earn a B.S. in Biology from UC Santa Cruz, followed by training as a holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
But despite all that knowledge and training, nothing prepared me for what happened next.
Seemingly out of nowhere, I was hit with severe panic attacks. I truly thought I was losing my mind.
I went back to everything I knew — meditation, therapy, mindset work, diet, supplements — but the anxiety didn’t go away.
That’s when I stumbled onto something deeper. A completely different understanding of mental health that rocked my world — and ultimately helped heal what I thought was unfixable.
And not just the anxiety… but the body image struggles, the self-doubt, the relationship issues — all of it.
Helping others experience the kind of freedom I found is now my deepest passion.
I know what it feels like to be stuck, scared, and unsure if anything will ever work. And I also know what’s possible when we stop managing symptoms and start uncovering what’s really going on beneath the surface.
This work focuses on some really deep, amazing discoveries about how our mind works. And when we unlock that key, things fall into place beautifully.

My Mission
My mission is to help people uncover their mental resilience. As someone who once suffered deeply with anxiety, and now helps others on that same journey – I know it is possible for anyone.
I offer group and 1-1 coaching to help people see this deeply for themselves, so they, too, can feel lasting freedom from their busy mind.
What sets me apart is that my coaching style really focuses on the root cause of our issues. Over our sessions, I help guide you deeper into some really amazing discoveries about the human mind and how it is made.
