Terms & Conditions – Clarity Sessions
By purchasing a Clarity Session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Clarity Sessions are intended for personal growth, insight, education, and support. They are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis services.
• Kristin Fries does not diagnose, treat, cure, or provide medical or mental health treatment. You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being and are encouraged to seek support from licensed healthcare professionals when appropriate.
• The information shared during sessions is intended to provide education, perspective, and support. No specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.
• Payment is required in full to reserve your session. All Clarity Session purchases are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
• Participation in a Clarity Session is voluntary. You understand that any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the session remain your sole responsibility.
• Information shared during sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, including situations involving risk of serious harm to yourself or others.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
